Notice of Corporate Dissolution to All Creditors and Claims of Tenarch, LLC.

In accordance with Section 18-801 and other applicable provisions of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act and by consent of all of the members ,Tenarch, LLC (Tenarch) is dissolved and its affairs are to be wound up effective December 18th, 2023. If you believe that you have a claim against Tenarch, you must present your claim immediately, but no later than sixty (60) days from the date of this notice, by letter to:

Your letter must provide a summary of your claim and include the following information: (1) the name, address, telephone number, and email address of the claimant; (2) the amount of the claim, if known or determinable; (3) the basis for the claim; and (4) any documentation supporting the claim.

NOTICE: A claim against Tenarch may be barred unless a letter is received in accordance with the instructions above no later than sixty (60) days from the date of this notice. Tenarch may make distributions to other claimants and/or members without further notice.
